This event is all outside on AZK9's beautiful property. We're making it easy for you to dive into volunteering. We'll have an AZK9 table set up, where you can explore merchandise and get insights into volunteer roles. Plus, check out the Pup + Me table, where we'll showcase fundraisers and raffle off an exclusive session!
🌟 Activities Galore:
Get ready for a day filled with fun! Meet our adorable adoptable dogs, take them for a walk, or simply chill in the cozy coffee area beside the house. Interested in photography? Learn how to capture stunning photos of our dogs, ready for their forever homes. This event is all about showcasing the variety of ways you can make a difference while volunteering.
🍪 Treats and Refreshments:
Because every good event needs snacks and refreshments, Pup + Me will be providing delicious treats to keep your energy up as you explore and learn more about joining our incredible volunteer team.
Join us for a day of making new friends, bonding with our adoptable buddies, and discovering the joy of giving back to our community. Whether you're a seasoned volunteer or taking your first step, there's a place for everyone at AZK9's Buddy Day!

11th Annual Running for the Bulls
Bring out your four legged friend as this race truly is "for the dogs". This year's event will feature a 10k, 5K and 1.7 Mile distances and will take place at Rio Vista Park to benefit AZK9 Rescue.
This event is completely dog friendly, complete with doggy pools at each aid station!

Bail Out
The Bail Out Fundraiser is always one of the biggest fundraisers of the year to help the rescue get by with essential expenses, but this year it is more crucial than ever. Follow our progress and ways to donate on our Facebook page, click here!
Asking for donations is always tough, but particularly so now with many facing unexpected circumstances in this year of uncertainty. This rescue organization values each and every supporter because without you we couldn’t do this work. If you are able to donate, we truly appreciate any amount - every single dollar counts! If you are not, we understand and are grateful to still have you supporting this journey!
Every dollar raised goes back to the dogs in our care daily and funds a regular spay and neuter clinic for communities in need. Spay and neuter is so important and makes such an impact on the communities that AZK9 serves, especially now with even more limited resources. Medical bills are consistent also with many senior dogs currently at the rescue.
